The constant noise from neighboring rooms definitely disrupts the peace!!! Proper soundproofing is needed. Also, better procedures for early check-in requests would greatly enhance guest experience!!! An electrical problem we faced should be less common.

The reception area is impressive, with a spacious layout and interesting reading materials available for guests. The corner room we received was exceptionally neat, featuring a washlet toilet that enhanced our comfort. I enjoyed the soft lighting, especially at night, creating a cozy atmosphere. The stunning city view from our room added a lovely touch to our stay.

The Deluxe King Room was spacious with a nice kitchenette, stove, and all the amenities like a hairdryer, coffee machine, and flat-screen TV. Gym access was free. Early check-in was appreciated. The pool area was relaxing and the bartender was super entertaining. Staff made my stay special with thoughtful gestures.
